How is TNN edited? How do you edit a clip? What do you use?

Timofey, TNN editor
I am Timofey Shipilov. I like cats. They are cute. Cats are also a thing I like to write about, but apart from that I find either Blaine events or politics interesting. One thing I like about being a Blaine Tiger is that I get a lot of choice at school, whether it be switching a course or electing an ASB member. In journalism, I am really into video editing and specifically working on TNN because I love organizing the clips and adding effects to a story. I find this to be the key thing behind the success of TNN. What makes a journalist good is the ability to report stories on time and never leave out key details. This is what’s important for accuracy. Another significant detail a journalist must have is not being biased. This is extremely important. What people see on the news is mostly leaning towards on side or another. Finally, an ability a good journalist must have is making the ordinary interesting. In other words, making a story more fun with action, humor and good storytelling.
Henry, Reporter
Hello, I’m Henry. The only sport I like to do is mountain biking. My favorite thing about being a Blaine Tiger is having fun and insightful conversations on the current topic. I read a lot with my favorite book being The Battle Cry of Freedom by James McPherson. An 850-page book on the American Civil War. I think a good journalist doesn’t control the conversation and doesn’t jump to conclusions. I’m interested in interviewing other students to the best of my abilities.
